Engineering Reports

Northern Municipal Power Agency (NMPA) retains an independent engineering firm, WSN (Widseth Smith Nolting), to render continuous engineering counsel and prepare an annual engineering report with respect to the Electric System. It includes a report on the operations of Northern, sufficiency of rates and charges, the conclusions as to changes in operations and the making of repairs and improvements.
